Serenity Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in the Las Vegas, Nevada area, including but not limited to emergency repairs, drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair, leak detection, pipe repair and replacement, and water conditioning system installation. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and our professional assessment of the work required.

Service estimates provided through our Website, including through our Plumbing Health Assessment tool, are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing will be determined after an on-site inspection by our licensed technicians.

2. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting services, completing assessments, or communicating with us
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials if you create an account on our Website
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Website or Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website
• Any content obtained from the Website
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

All plumbing services performed by our licensed technicians are covered by our workmanship warranty, the terms of which will be provided to you in writing at the time of service. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.

Equipment and parts installed by Serenity Plumbing may be covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in understanding and exercising your rights under such warranties, but we are not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranty claims beyond our control.

7. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing options. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Services, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

If you fail to pay any amounts when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services and pursue collection of outstanding amounts, including reasonable attorneys' fees and collection costs.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you promptly and reschedule at your convenience.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

Message and data rates may apply as determined by your wireless carrier. We do not charge for text messages, but your carrier may impose charges.

10.3 Opt-Out and Help

Serenity Plumbing and its service providers are not responsible for issues arising from your mobile carrier's service, including network outages, message delays, or delivery failures. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability and limitations.

10.5 Account Holder Certification

By providing a phone number, you certify that you are the account holder or have authorization from the account holder to receive text messages at that number. You agree to notify us immediately if your phone number changes or is transferred to another person.

10.6 Privacy and Security

Your mobile phone number and text message interactions are subject to our Privacy Policy (Section 13 of the Privacy Policy specifically addresses SMS consent). We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Do not include sensitive personal information (credit card numbers, Social Security numbers) in text messages.

10.7 Modification or Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our SMS program at any time without prior notice. We may also modify message frequency, content, or delivery methods as needed to improve service or comply with legal requirements.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Serenity Plumbing, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Website or Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any harm caused to any third party through your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
